Open House Updates

  • Thursday, November 22, 2018 10 AM – 12 PM – Agent Open House – Open house went well this morning. 20 or so agents through. They liked layout and a few even commented that it felt bigger than 1820sqft. Some were of the opinion it was priced a bit high and pointed out work to be done (closets, cupboards). Overall I’d say it was a successful open house. High traffic and good to see what other agents in town have to say.
  • Saturday, November 24, 2018 1 PM – 3 PM – Public Open House – Excellent open house today. 10-15 groups through. Great layout, good room size, great neighborhood were the common comments. A few groups came out specifically to see the house so hoping their visit fostered some serious interest. All in all good success today.
  • Saturday, December 1, 2018 1 PM – 3 PM – Public Open House
  • Saturday, December 15, 2018 – Public Open House 1 – 3 PM – 3 groups through, two from out of town, love layout and area, some work needed. no solid interest
  • Sunday, December 16, 2018 – Public Open House 1 -3  PM – 7 groups through. nice home. needs some tlc. great neighbourhood. Most people through were from out of town.
  • Saturday, January 5, 2019 – 2 PM – 4 PM – Public Open House – 8 groups through, they liked the layout, felt it needed work.
  • Saturday, January 12, 2019 – 1 PM – 3 PM – Public Open House – 7 groups through, majority commented on work that was needed around the house. Many recognized the good location. Half were out of town buyers.
  • Saturday, February 23, 2019 1 PM – 3 PM – Public Open House – 5 groups through. Most commented on that some bits of home were roughly done. Good layout, very bright

Put a few offers on some places and they are definitely motivated by price.
