Sales Representative

Greg Wand joined the Hudson Smith Real Estate Group in 2015. Before working with Hudson Smith and Coldwell Banker he attended the University of Guelph majoring in the Real Estate and Housing program. During his third year of university he obtained his Real Estate license.

As time went on his passion for residential Real Estate brought him back to Guelph and Coldwell Banker welcomed Greg with open arms. Since his days as a student he has come full circle and has returned to the University of Guelph on many occasions as a guest speaker for the Real Estate and Housing program!

Greg is ambitious, professional and highly motivated to succeed. He is an asset to our team and we are extremely grateful to have him on board!

Meet Mathew Scott

Sales Representative

Born and raised in Guelph, Mathew is a graduate of John F. Ross High School and most recently received a degree in International Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. During Mathew’s leisure time you can find him walking his dogs, on his motorcycle, or at the gym. His passion for real estate came from his mom who has an architecture degree, while his business understanding stems from his dad who is a successful local dentist.

Mathew has been working at Coldwell Banker Neumann since 2017 and brings along a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset to his Sales Representative role within the Hudson Smith Real Estate Group.

Administrative Office Manager

Shanna came to Guelph in 2004 to attend the University of Guelph and fell in love with the city (who wouldn’t!). She has since been a proud resident and has chosen to raise her family here.

Shanna joined Hudson’s team in 2015 as the Administrative Office Manager coming from a background in customer service and management. Shanna works behind the scenes, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that the client experience is a stress-free one.

From organizing the listing process, to co-coordinating the closing events and all things in between, Shanna seamlessly ensures the day to day operation of the Hudson Smith Real Estate Group is not only is efficient, but that the whole team is consistently performing at their very best.
