Peppermint Eggnog Punch

Who doesn’t love eggnog around the holidays? This recipe makes it even better by enhancing the flavour and combining it with other favourites to create a great tasting festive looking drink for everyone to enjoy! Follow the recipe below to bring this to your party.

Peppermint Eggnog Punch
Ingredients:
1 litre of peppermint ice cream
1 litre of eggnog
4 cans of chilled ginger ale 
1 cup of rum (or to taste)
24 small candy canes for garnish

Directions:
Set aside 3 scoops of peppermint ice cream to be used later as garnish. Stir remaining ice cream in a large bowl (large enough for all the ingredients) until softened. Stir in eggnog and rum. Stir in chilled ginger ale. Hang candy canes around the edge of the bowl. Crunch up any extra candy canes and mix in the bowl. Finally float the set aside scoops of ice icecream on top and serve immediately.
