I’m struggling to remember the last time I saw one myself. This 1 bedroom home on a prime downtown street is so small it could fit under your Christmas tree! Don’t let the size fool you though, every square inch of this home is used intelligently, with no one bumping elbows in the open kitchen and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Gutted in 2011 (yes, read electrical, plumbing, windows, insulation) all you have to do is claim this little corner of the city for yourself. Why would you even consider a condo with monthly fees and a balcony as your only outdoor retreat when this is an option? Don’t blink. It’ll be gone before you know it.
