Since joining Coldwell Banker Neumann in 2017, Mat has successfully completed over 165 transactions, earning a reputation for clear communication, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

I chose a career in real estate because of my passion for architecture passed down by my mom, the desire to own and operate my own business like my dad, and the goal of assisting people make one of the biggest purchases of their life.

The most rewarding part of real estate for me is creating life long relationships built around trust with my clients.

I was born and raised in Guelph but have always loved how active Guelph is. Whether its hikes or bikes there's always something to do outside.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Mat enjoys cycling, spending time outdoors, and staying active, bringing the same energy and focus to his work as he does to his personal life.
