  • What is an equity update and why is it useful?

    It is imperative to know how much your home is worth and in turn how much equity you have in it.  You could use that equity for a downpayment on another property. Ask us more about how you can go about growing your portfolio. 

  • How Much Do I Need For a Down Payment?

    For your primary property it's 5% down payment on the first $500,000 and 10% for the balance. If it is an investment property you will need a minimum 20% down payment.
