5 Must Haves When Looking for a Realtor

Choosing a reliable estate agent can be similar to finding a good date. 
Some look great at the onset, but I find they lose their attractiveness shortly thereafter. With this in mind, I’ve found it’s important to do the research before buying or selling a home. The more I’m informed, the more likely I am to find the right real estate agent that fits my needs.

With the city of Guelph expanding at a rate of about 700 people per year, the market is in prime condition. However, as a home owner, it’s important to know into whose hands I’m placing my home. The following contains five “must have’s” I’ve found to be necessary when searching for a realtor.
