Kailey started her real estate career ten years ago with the Hudson Smith Group. She has gained extensive knowledge, and experience from working on a top-producing team, and her role has grown from intern to Operations Manager/Broker. Her passion for real estate started at a young age as she watched her parents buy and sell several investment properties. She is now working hard to grow her own portfolio. With a background in customer service management, she is known for going above and beyond for her clients. She loves working with first time buyers, families, and individuals alike. WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

I always had an interest in real estate, after seeing my parents invest in multiple properties when I was younger, and witnessing them buy and sell. I have always worked in customer service, and I thoroughly enjoy working with people. After spending several years in British Columbia working for Fairmont Hotels, I returned to bustling Ontario to start a career in R.E.

WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TO SETTLE IN GUELPH, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE PARTS OF THE CITY?

My husband and his lovely family! We met out west but his whole family is in Guelph so this was the perfect choice!

WHAT CAN YOU BE FOUND DOING WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT THE OFFICE?

Spending time with my boys, volunteering at their school, working out, hiking (Starkey is my fav!), seeing friends and family & trying to golf ha!
