WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

My career in real estate started 13 years ago because of my significant interest in homes (anything from buying and selling, and doing my own renovations). I'm the guy that browsed the weekly real estate paper long before this was my profession. My friend who was in the business really showed me what being a realtor looked like and the rest is history. 

WHAT PART OF YOUR WORK DO YOU FIND MOST REWARDING?

The relationships that I build and the friendships that remain when supporting clients through their real estate journey. Showing up for my clients each day to make the process as stress-free as possible is always a priority.



WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TO SETTLE IN GUELPH, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE PARTS OF THE CITY?

Guelph is an amazing city and seemed like the perfect place to settle down. I love its size, diversity, green spaces and parks for my kids and family. My wife has really opened my eyes to all the special local businesses that the city has to offer. We love to support local whenever possible - especially the delicious local restaurants! Guelph is also my favourite because it's home to my beautiful wife and kids :)

WHAT CAN YOU BE FOUND DOING WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT THE OFFICE?

When I'm not at work, I enjoy listening to podcasts, going for walks, enjoying local restauraunts, playing community sports and of course spending time with my family.

WHAT ARE SOME FEATURES YOU'D WANT IN YOUR DREAM HOME?

My dream home would have a 3 car garage with a big workspace, a pool in the yard, access to green space and a soaker tub for my wife! Really my dream home is a place where my family loves to be, with a great community around us. My dream home is already a reality!
