Born and raised in Guelph, Mat completed a degree in International Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. Mathew has been working at Coldwell Banker Neumann since 2017 and brings along a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset to his Sales Representative role within the Hudson Smith Real Estate Group.


WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

I chose a career in real estate because of my passion for architecture passed down by my mom, the desire to own and operate my own business like my dad, and the goal of assisting people make one of the biggest purchases of their life.


WHAT PART OF YOUR WORK DO YOU FIND MOST REWARDING?

The most rewarding part of real estate for me is creating life long relationships built around trust with my clients.


WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TO SETTLE IN GUELPH, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE PARTS OF THE CITY?

I was born and raised in Guelph but have always loved how active Guelph is. Whether its hikes or bikes there's always something to do outside.


WHAT CAN YOU BE FOUND DOING WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT THE OFFICE?

Riding my bike, at the gym or with my dog.
